What is an A/T Ratio and VMM Scalp test?

At any moment, about 80% of the hair follicles of the scalp are in Anagen (growing) phase and only about 20% are in the Telogen (falling) phase. In case of excessive hair fall the altered ratio of Anagen hair to Telogen hair can point to the right diagnosis of the condition. 

VMM Test is Videoscopic Magnifying Microscope test. This test gives the details of the condition of hair,hair follicles ,scales, infection etc. This test also compares the density of hair from different areas of scalp.

Hair loss should never be ignored because in a hair loss of long duration the hair follicles reduce in size and subsequently die and once they are dead there is no turning back but weak follicles can be stimulated to produce hair.
